Artistic background
Juan Carlos Robles has mainly developed his work in Berlin, where he graduated from the College of Arts. In 2005 his work was exhibited at the Andalusian Centre of Contemporary Art (CAAC) of Sevillle. Robles uses the transport of travellers as a paradigm of a new concept about contemporary space. One of his last projects is entitled “Desplazamientos”, including two pieces in public spaces (Boca de metro Las Vegas y Armonia/ Velocidad/ El fin).
